Patternless Casting Manufacturing (PCM)

With large build volume of 1800X1000X700mm, PCM 1800 provides rapid prototyping for sophisticated casting parts in no matter large, medium or small size.

The unique feature-Printing on Specific Area of the Platform, that is to print on specific area of the platform instead of full area by adjusting the movement distance of the Sand Paving System on X & Y axis further adds value to a foundry. It can thus avoid waste of the consumables and can make full use of the machine for different products.

The manufacturing Process doesn’t require mold, Sand Mold can be formed directly from file
The manufacturing time is around 5 – 7 days as compared to about 120 days in Traditional foundries
Professional mold making skills are not required, after only a week’s training, workers can operate on their own
These are high Automation, easy operation and environmentally friendly.
Can achieve integrated modeling - reduce design constraints and machining volume, casting dimensional accuracy is easy to control.
Mold and core are formed at the same time to improve the positioning accuracy.
No need of pattern draft and the weight of the casting parts can be reduced.
It is available to make casting parts of any shape in high precision, especially the intricate ones or those with free-form surfaces.
Perfectly reflects the designer’s intention and precisely implements the pattern design.
In case of any problem on the design, modify the 3D drawings, then recreation can be started.
