Patternless Casting Manufacturing (PCM)

With a maximum build size of 1200X1000X600mm, PCM 1200 can provide rapid prototyping for complex casting parts in medium or small size for various industries such as automotive, pump and valve, molding etc.

Double-job-box configuration is available as option, for foundries that requires non-stop production with higher output.

The manufacturing Process doesn’t require mold, Sand Mold can be formed directly from file
The manufacturing time is around 5 – 7 days as compared to about 120 days in Traditional foundries
Professional mold making skills are not required, after only a week’s training, workers can operate on their own
These are high Automation, easy operation and environmentally friendly.
Can achieve integrated modeling - reduce design constraints and machining volume, casting dimensional accuracy is easy to control.
Mold and core are formed at the same time to improve the positioning accuracy.
No need of pattern draft and the weight of the casting parts can be reduced.
It is available to make casting parts of any shape in high precision, especially the intricate ones or those with free-form surfaces.
Perfectly reflects the designer’s intention and precisely implements the pattern design.
In case of any problem on the design, modify the 3D drawings, then recreation can be started.
